FINANCIALS
WEEKLY RENT: $200
MOVE-IN FEE: $600
To move in a Phoenix Recovery house there is a $600 move in fee. $400 of that move in fee covers the first 2 weeks rent in advance and the remaining $200 covers a one-time administrative fee.
*All utilities, live internet TV or premium cable TV, WiFi, toilet paper, paper towels, random drug testing and basic house cleaning supplies are included in rent.*
Food, toiletries, clothing, linens, personal care items and any other living expenses are the resident’s responsibilities.
SCHOLARSHIPS
We understand that not all individuals seeking sober living are as financially fortunate as others. If finances towards the move-in fee are an issue, please ask about available scholarship options. Phoenix Recovery houses work frequently with various non-profit organizations that provide funding for those in financial need.
LATE PAYMENTS
Payments are to be made weekly. Bi-weekly payments, depending on personal income schedules may be approved. When a house member becomes delinquent on rental payments, Phoenix Recovery LLC requires credit card information to be kept on file. This will be mandatory in order to maintain house membership. Automatic weekly payments will be administered when a resident becomes negligent towards rental requirements. Weekly payments not received within 14 days will result in expulsion from the program.
REFUNDS
NO REFUNDS will be issued to any resident dismissed from Phoenix Recovery for violation of house rules. Refunds, when appropriate, shall be granted to residents in good standing and provide adequate notice prior to moving out. Adequate notice is defined as a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
